What is inspection 1?

All items to be inspected and serviced should be listed in the maintenance
booklet, not the owner's manual.

The service interval is "xxx miles or yyy months/years, whichever comes
first".  Anyway, yes, you should be able to have the dealer look up
the service history of your car on their computer (provided, of course,
that all such service were done at official Audi service centers).
