I've had good luck with MTX subs. I was wary of buying them, as I thought they might be a bit too boomy, but I have been terribly surprised. I have a Thunder 8000 12" in my 4kq, and a 10" in the Porsche. Both sound beautiful, and the subs are nearly indestructible. I'm running off of a 5 channel MTX amp in the 4kq, which powers the sub, and 2 pair of infinity 5.25"'s. Swell system. The thunder 8000 will handle ~650 watts rms, so it's quite the beefy speaker.
I would strongly urge you to stay away from Polk subs. I had all Polk speakers in the Porsche for a while. After having 5 Polk DB10's fall apart, I dumped the sub, and went to MTX. The DB10's are Polk's higher end 10" sub. They literally came apart each time. The spider came unglued from the basket, and made the sub sound like it was blown. I was in direct contact with Polk about the problem, and after each sub I replaced, they told me that the problem had been fixed on the new batches. Circuit City had a pile of them that had fallen apart.
I have also heard very good things about JL Audio subs, but never used them.
One other suggestion. If you are so inclined, you may want to look at one of the MTX Thunder series enclosures no matter which sub you pick. They have a single sub box which is shaped quite well for sitting up against a rear seat, and made for speakers requiring smaller volume. I don't know how well it would work in a 200, but it fits perfectly in my 93' 90. The box is exceptional for a prefab box. Made of 3/4" thick high density particle board. No resonance from the box at all. Wasn't very expensive either.

Good Luck!
