I had a clutch rebuilt at Centerforce, as I also wanted to use a clutch
friction compound that had more grab so the clutch could handle more HP.
I got a spare MC1 10V clutch and pressure plate, stock size, from a local
lister, and sent that one to Centerforce; the process with Centerforce takes
around 4 weeks. The work at Centerforce was around $220, plus shipping the
clutch there and then to you. They can take a visa card number over the
phone for the work and shipping.

If you can get a used but serviceable clutch in the US, and have it shipped
to Centerforce, you may be able to get a better rebuilt clutch than stock
new for around $300 (I have no idea of shipping costs, however). A clutch
off a dismantled 5ktq should be inexpensive. Try Chris at Force5:
