1990 200 Turbo Quattro turn signal question

Hey there guys,

I have what I am hoping will be a simple question for the list.  On my
1990 200 the front passenger side turn signal stopped working.  The rear
passenger side signal and the interior turn signal indicator flash
double time.  I replaced the bulb with a Sylvania 194.  Still nothing.
Is there someplace else I should look first if it isn't the bulb?  The
turn signal didn't die all at once.  It worked intermittently for a
while first.
