Hi all. Been recently blessed with the sagging headliner. Getting ready to
move, no time to mess with this now. Tried the thumbtacks. They pulled out.
Part of the rear finally came down. Worked the whole back out. Cleaned the
gooey foam off the roof and headliner. What a mess. Sprayed the roof with
contact upholstery adhesive, from the upholstery shop. Stuck it back up
there. Viola! Sticks well. No staining through the headliner. I'll get it
redone later, but it looks good enough that it's no longer a priority.
Highly recommended. Stuff used was "Tac-It", froom Quality Fabrics and
Supply company. Can says it bonds headliners, foam rubber, vinyl tops,
carpet, and insulation. Good news, John, we won't have to pull the sunroof
for a while! Bill
