EFI- Can you use the hall effect sensor from an S4??????

(I originally sent this only to Jason, since there's no new info.  But then I did a search for cam position sensors on http://www.vwparts.com, and thought the list might benefit as well.  Plus it wasn't in the email to Jason.)
