1. Take the usual precautions (flare wrenches, support the line, etc.) with
the fuel line to the filter. You do not want to screw up the line.
2. Make sure you've got the right replacement rotor, because you may destroy
the old one getting it off. Sometimes these rotors weld themselve to the
distributor shaft. The only way to get them off is by crunching them with
Channelocks.
3. Clean out the connector, and don't reinstall the rubber boot. It gets
full of crud.
4. Don't know anything about these.
