It should also be mentioned that this deposit is payed to the customs
agency when a car is brought into, and registered in Norway for the
first time. The sad thing is that cars ets crushed since people gets
money for their old heap, but then again parts for old cars (like my 73
VW) are pretty hard to come over at the junkyards.
