Hydraulic hose

  There is a metal hydraulic hose that runs from the steering rack to I
beleive the pump.  A frind of mine needs it for her 1989 200 TQA.  I have
several 5k parts cars.  My question is, are the hoses compatable between he
two cars?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
