the type 85's get the tach signal directly off the coil terminal 1 - it
should be a R/Bk/Y wire, which goes to a few places - the tach, the FPR,
the oil pressure warning controller, to name but 3.

This is the same terminal that has the green wire from pin 1 of the
stock ignition control unit.  The wires on the other terminal, #15, are
black.
