Any tool truck will have the pilot bearing removal tool. It's basically a
fork that goes behind the bearing, sets the tongs, and comes out with a slide
hammer. The method you are using Minhea is what most do on a single car.
The best "dremel" method is to get the guts out of the bearing, and cut a
slice almost thru the outer shell. If you don't go all the way thru the
shell, you can take a screwdriver and fold the shell in on itself and pull it
out without marring the crank (BTDT many years ago). After watching someone
use the removal tool, you'll swear at yourself for using any other method (it
takes longer to adjust the tool than remove the bearing). Maybe a 30 second
procedure...
