Carlsen Audi - sheesh! [warning: rant]

Back in '93, it took 2 tries with Linda to get the right distributor
rotor for my '875KTQ., then 3 tries to get the right fog light switch.
Also couldn't seem to get the front shock dust boot right, then the door
handle gaskets...did eventually get the right parts.
After that, I started faxing specifc requests, with drawings if possible.
