MC ISV Controller-Installation Ideas??

Well, my problem is I'm running EFI and no decel shut off valve.  I think I've determined a way to rig the shut off valve to help me in my application.  Currently I'm measuring 2.5v coming out of the decel circuit, is this the correct voltage that you measured?

Yes, sounds like it, but I've heard of plenty of istallations where they don't use one, so I'm still not sure.
