I-5 metal head gaskets

So is the 20v metal head gasket only for the MC motors, or could I use it on a KH?
And anyone know of any aftermarket or non-OE makers of metal head gaskets?
The stock ones are so prone to failure, there should really be better alternatives. A
lot of aftermarket companies make special head gaskets, like metal or copper
versions, for many models of cars for performance tuning, but I haven't seen any
for the I-5 motors. What's the word??? Thanks again.
