MC pistons/camshaft in a KH motor

I'm rebuilding my KH motor this summer, and I'm not sure, but I may have to
rebore the block. The motor has 180k on it so it's a good chance. Since
replacement KH pistons are probably non existant, what do yall think of putting in
good, used MC pistons into a bored block? This will change the comp. ratio from
8.3:1 to 7.8:1, or will it? Do the KH and MC heads have the same combustion
chamber CC's? Would there be a way to increase the comp. ratio a bit, maybe
closer to 8.0:1? I'd like to increase the boost a little, but I also want to keep a bit
of the torque of the KH. I assume if I can do this I would need to use an MC head
gasket due to the over-size bore, or would I still use the KH gasket? How about the
camshafts? Are the KH, MC1/2 cams interchangeable? I'd like to put in an MC1/2
cam in for mine for more top-end breathing. I really appreciate any comments on
this, before I move in either direction. Grazie.
