There's an adhesive you can use with some O-ring materials for forming
"O". Works best if the ring pretty much sits in a housing and gets
compressed by the adjacent part of the housing. I've used this stuff on
tractor hydraulic cylinders.
Don't know if there's an adhesive for the kind of material Brett's
considering using, though.
