200q20v inlet O-ring size?

Ya, but 69.5 was a rough estimate based off a recent measurement for using rubber hose, which has a lot of tolerance to sizing.  I'd say the true size of the ID is 70mm, the cross over tube has a very nice machined portion that interacts with the 0-ring.  Making them could be an option, how would you re-attach the cord to itself to make a "o"-ring?
