Autosupermart- Bad Experience

I want to warn you of my experience with Autosupermart.com.

I purchased a Covercraft windshield UV shield and some plastic
cleaner from these guys at the end of June- they promptly charged
my credit card, shipped the plastic cleaner and the UV shield is
nowhere to be seen.

Two weeks ago, I call them, I find out they never placed the order.
WTF?

Last week, I call them again, only to be told that the shield has
already shipped and that they will email me a tracking number later
that day.

Now it's today, I call them again, no shield, it wasn't shipped.

These guys are in violation of Federal law by charging me for an
item that they don't have in stock and haven't shipped and they lied.

I'm giving them one more chance- I've demanded for FedEx Next Day
shipping drop-shipped from Covercraft at their expense and if any more
SNAFUs occur, they're going to hear from the state Atty. General's
office,
the BBB and the US Attorney's office as well as their local DA. :-(

I should have paid the extra $10 and gotten it from Griot's.
