Yes, they are all very interchangeable, just make sure that the MC you want to use has the correct # of outlets in all the right places.  I really like the 25mm MS, great solid pedal, not too bitey, very progressive, especially with bigger Calipers (though I've never BTDT with the 25mm MS and the smallish Boxter caliper, but I suspect it will still be fine)
