<<Thanks again for your help Javad.>>

Sure, you bet, I love this engine swap stuff ;)

Ok, that's good, the hall windows in the NG distributor are bigger, and can
cause timing issues if not used with the right ignition system.

That is fine, I don't think the spark plugs will make much difference,
haven't IME.

Ok, but you still don't know the compelte history, or if the previous owner
had done it the second time in the life of the head. This would be good
information to have, or if you could try to get an estimate of the thickness
of the head and compare it to the limits in the Bently. Nothing thicker off
the shelf that I know of, but there is a company that could make you a copper
spacer for about $100, do a google search, you'll find them. Not sure that's
what I recommend to solve your problem, however, seems like a bandaid.

Good, good

Hmm, well they sure look right

Yes, definitely monitor the O2 voltage, EGT is nice because its so accurate,
you can see every little change made in the EGT's, whether timing or fuel
related.

Keep tinkering with it, you'll figure it out.

Also, are you positive you are using the right timing mark, or setting the
initial timing properly? (I know, but I've done it before, double check it)
