I'm not real up on the MC's and swaps, but it sounds like you just ran out of
electricity. Gradually got worse until nothing.
I had a battery go south on a Stealth twin turbo, that acted exactly like
that. Started to miss, then run sporadically until finally nothing. All
within about 4 miles.
Maybe something shorting the system or alt. hookup problem?
Wild guess here but worth a shot as you sound desparate.
