No fuel in all but one port

Hi again. I seem to be getting closer to the real problem w/the bad running=
 car. again, I loosened the fuel ports on top of the fuel meter and again o=
nly one port squirts fuel. almost all others are almost dry! only one other=
 had some evidence of some pressure (not much). Whats wrong? please help as=
 this is the only thing keeping me from driving my new turbo. Need help asa=
