While we're on the subject of Le Mans and Audi R8, the current
issue of Car & Driver has an article about it.  They tested the 2000
model (pre-FSI) which is owned by Champion Racing.  How about this:

0-60mph		3.3s
0-100mph	5.5s
0-160mph	13.0s
Standing 1/4 mi	10.3s @ 148mph
Top speed	205mph (engine rev limit @ 8050 rpm in 6th gear)
Braking 70-0mph	135ft

Wow.
