Heater Blower removal - Type 44, the saga continues

Hi Brendan;

The heater cores are sealed to the box at the ends. The end with the piping
is sometimes sealed with a silicone type product that can stick the box to
the core.
That being said, if all the screws and clips have been removed the box
comes apart easily.
So, to repeat what others have said - you've probably missed an elusive
screw. I did on my first box and I finally tracked it down by prying on the
box and noting where it was still joined together.
There is one screw that is at the bottom of a very deep well. It doesn't
look like a screw is in there. A regular screwdriver will not reach it -
you need an extra-long shaft on the screwdriver. Have you removed this one?

	Ok, Mark Vogt and I had a wonderful Saturday, trying to figure this blower
removal thing out...and yes, we got it out. And I have evidence to prove
it...(see bottom of message)

	The problem is, I just can't get the clamshell apart. Mark and I took out
every little screw we could find (our last count was three) and all of the
clips that we could see that could POSSIBLY hold it together. I read every
little instruction that I could, and still this thing is together. We
pulled it apart enough for us to see inside a bit, but it's really only
open about 1/2 inch or so...It seems to have something holding it together
at the opposite end from the blower motor....inside, of course.

	I have had about 7 people look at this thing, re-read the instructions,
and nobody could get this thing apart...The point is, I need some advice
(and please no "you should look for more screws"...We looked.) This thing
has to be back together in under 2 weeks, so I am very intent to hear any
opinions...

I'm really a type-85 kind of guy, you know, the K.I.S.S. principle and all
that.
