Didn't I see a section in the marketplace once, where we could all share our
experiences with sellers / buyers? Or was that on the "Vendor's List"? A
system like what E-bay has, with the positive and negative feedback seems to
work quite well there.

How about simply suggesting that nothing is sent to a buyer, unless it's
either paid in advance (at which time the BUYER could get scr##ed), or that
if you are unfamiliar with the buyer / seller, just ship the parts C.O.D.
That'll eliminate any such problems!
