COD isn't any assurance of final settlement. The buyer doesn't get to
inspect until after paying. UPS only collects checks anymore (no
cash). Checks can bounce. The Audifans Marketplace could have a "vendor
rating" kind of thing, but most of the folks selling something there only
do so once or very occasionally. It would be pretty difficult to have a
purchaser rating, I'd think.
