Hello all,
Just a suggestion here - take this up off the list.
I mean seriously, you bought a car for $900 and it runs, what do you want?
Of course it will need some repairs. And if you thought it looked bad when
you saw it why did you buy it at all? I paid $1700 for my 4KCSQ last
November and I identified as many problems as I could before deciding
whether or not I wanted to buy it and repair it. That's how to make a
purchase, rather than complaining later that you weren't informed about this
that and the other. There are lots of reputable companies willing to provide
a used car inspection for a nominal fee. Perhaps that would you from buying
what you consider a bad deal, and save us from hearing about it later.

"I use a pseudonym because I'm preventing my info
going out on the web. EBAY & AOL might as well
just advertise your info. Also, my personal
email address does not accept list mail....
As far as yourself and Chris-I'd like to not get
him involved. He's been very decent. He did send
me a copy of the emails between you two about
how you kept trying to get used steering racks
off him and how it was "false economy".
Parking lot dents and dings is not a horrible
repaint upon repaint. Nor is it a big dent in
the fender. A daily driver will not have bad
ball joints appear the day the car is delivered....."
