[urq] HELP! Need more low end power!

Can't you mess with the timing to improve your low end-and sacrifice top
end--which may not be needed on short tight course anyway?  Either use an
adjustable cam pulley (legal?) or maybe change it by one tooth...just
thinking out loud..
