I agree that the off-shore metal ones have thinner cores, but the all metal
Modines (like the one in my old TQW) have visibly thicker cores and do a
great job cooling.  Even in the brutally hot Georgia summers the temp gauge
on that car never went more than a hair over halfway, and that's why I
grabbed the all metal Modine I saw at the boneyard this weekend.
