I used a product called "Heads Up" a couple years ago on my VW GTI. It
worked great - after all it is meant to fix sagging headliners.
Just do a small area at a time, and spray a fair amount on.
Wear gloves and press the fabric up firmly. It will tend to soak through
(hence the gloves), but on the dark gray fabric that I used it on it
didn't stain, and once it dried it looked like new. I only had the car a
few months longer and the headliner stayed up, at least for that time. I
tried a spray fixative before and that would come off in a couple days. I
don't remember where I got this stuff, but I think it was at a local parts
store - there might be other brands, etc.

PS: you might want to cover the seat so they don't accidentally get the
glue on them.
