Where can I get a standard seal puller?

Is this the type that almost looks like a double-headed hammer,
except that it has little hooks instead of hammer-heads?

Ok, does it look like this?:

I guess there isn't much of a danger in scratching the flange,
compared to the crank o.d. Is that correct? Not that I would be
careless with the flange i.d.

Should I be making some tools, or buy some, to install the seal
after I get it pulled? I've heard of some people just doing by hand,
but I think some kind of tool would be good. Even if I made one
somehow out of something usable. It just has to be big and flat,
and have clearance in the center for the crank, right?

I've found many versions of rear seal installation tools, but can't find
an (application-specific) seal puller. I'm going to send Zelenda a
direct email inquiry, since they don't show it on their website.

Thanks,

Ken
