4KQ rear control arm bushing HELP!!!!

These are pretty much like the front ones right? I went to the
hardware stroe and got a small piece of pipe that fit around the
bushing to support the arm. I then held it against the ground and
applied the BFH to get the movement started. Then I used a selection
of fine thread bolts and hardened washers to make a
extractor/installer to complete the job.
Looking back on it, I'd rather take the 10-15 spent on hardware and
make it the first payment on a press.
The torch is not recommended for your suspension strength or local air quality.
