4KQ rear control arm bushing HELP!!!!

> I got the new bushings.... I got the control arm out.... I cant get the old bushings out though. Do I need to torch them , or a press??? Any BTDT on this one? by the way my toe and camber was changing about 1/4 of an inch each way with the old bushings (YUCK!!) thanks in advance.
