I agree, watched it several times - Ralf followed the yellow line, Rubens
drove on front of him before the incident, even the British commentators
mentioned it while trying to be impartial.

Is this the American school of bump-racing talking?  I guess their moto is:
Not enough speed? - Rough up your oponent.  It's digusting to watch
constant tapping in the rear bumper tolerated in US car racing
