battery <=>engine cable replacing, how long is it?

Hello,

About how long would some cable need to be to replace the
"jointed" one from the battery to the engine compartment in a
5kcstq?

I am a fan of large gauge, high strand content, welding cable for car
applications.  It's cheap and handles lots of current.

I will replace my battery to engine compartment cable sometime,
and was wondering how long that cable needs to be.  Anyone
know?
