Family Album (Etka) on Windows XP

Anybody have the album running on Win Xp?  I just recently upgraded to Xp
from 98 and i can't get it to work now.  On 98 i had a full hard drive
download and it worked fine.  I did the same on XP and i get a message
saying "hardlock" isn't running.  I try to run hardlock and the program
freezes.  I tried running from the Cd and get the same result.  I'm assuming
it is XP.  Any help would be appreciated.
