Bypass Valve Installation Page

There used to be a page detailing the bypass valve installation Peter
Berrevoets did on his 200.  The address was

Now, its NLA.  Anyone know what happened to the page or where I can contact
 Peter? (I've tried both the pjberr at home.com and pjberr at rogers.com with no
response)  It was a really nice page especially when used in conjunction
with SJM's page.
