Ottawa Lister needed...check out a car for me?

Anyone in Ottawa feel like checking out a car for me?

I've done the preliminary research, but need someone to do a test
drive/check out of the vehicle to find out if I should buy it.

Uh...the one catch, is the starter is cooked...will need to be bump started.

Orleans Ontario, which I gather is about 20min from Ottawa?
