valve cover gasket part #

I got an aftermarket valve cover gasket for my 4kq that caused me a
bunch of problems.  Its part number is 034 198 025C.  It is a rubber
gasket with metal grommets around the valve cover stud holes.  The
problem was the grommets didn't fit over the stops on the valve cover
studs.  This didn't allow the gasket to seal around each of the studs.
I'm just trying to determine if this was the right part for an '86 4kq
or not.  I think my mechanic gave me the wrong gasket.  I couldn't find
a part number in the family album.  Thanks.
