100 Turbo Quattro

Crazy thought here.

How feasible would it be to bolt an exhaust & intake manifold, turbo,
intercooler & wiring, exhaust down pipe, etc, onto a 1989 100 Quattro to get
a 10 valve turbo.  Is it pretty much as simple as that?
