spring rates...

Hey all...

This week I'm going to start the search for some springs and dampers for my car.

First duty will be rally...and I already know the spring rates I'm going with.

For solo II racing, what spring rates would the gang recommend?  I figure my 
solo II setup will be to drop it and add anti-roll bars front and rear...but I 
don't know about springs yet...


1989 90 quattro - Engine Stock. 10pt cage in two weeks...we hope.
