Thanks for the note. From my understanding of the law, it is illegal to
remove certain emission devices (cats, etc), but it is not illegal to
sell a non-conforming car as long as that fact is disclosed.  If so, then
it would be illegal to sell a "roller"... a car missing the drivetrain...
since that car could not pass emissions either.

Anyway, with the stock MH cam (included), the car would easily pass
emissions.

I, too, have heard that too much overlap is not good for turbo engines...
and on some turbos that I've owned (Corvairs, etc) a lot of overlap is
horrible. I can only tell you that this particular cam was strongly
recommended by several sources in the know, that it is a "reportedly"
copy of an Audi "works" cheater cam, and that it absolutely performs as
advertised. MUCH stronger (midrange and top end) than the WX, similar at
the bottom end. I've never driven a WR cam car to compare.
