In order to protect yourself, I would caution you to check into
your applicable laws regarding emissions- it is illegal to knowingly
sell a car that cannot pass emissions in some states. Whether the law
specifically speaks to the removal or lack of emissions controls or
whether it is just the passing of the emissions test, I do not know-
that would be easily researched via a quick perusal of your local
statutes on the web.

I thought that lots of overlap was bad for a turbo engine.
