LLBroMoly? or Red Line or Dealer stock?

Hi,
I've been through the archives and never got a conscious.  I'm doing my 
200K transmission oil change on my '90 80 2.0 manual and looking for 
some recommendations before I drain. LL Moly or Redline or Dealer Stock 
oil? It has the original box and never a leak.
Appreciate your recommendation.
