Exhaust manifold studs - continued

The problem is now solved. After realizing that missing one stud would
really be annoying for me, I tried welding on "drops" to make a new
"stud" there, and then a nut on top. It went out without any thread
damage at all. All studs are now out, including the three studs above
the exhaust manifold that keeps the intake pipe bolted to the head.
