It's not new, but I don't know about any ownership changes.
They also get all the "donation" cars from charitable organizations, and sell
some complete cars. I'm in the process of trying to establish a relationship
with them to be able to source cars from them for our church's Automotive
Outreach Ministry, but not getting very far.
