Let me clarify, what I did was a bit different than the k24 sport routine. I
went after a really big cold side wheel, like one that was never designed to
hang from a k24 pencil lead thick shaft. I snapped the shaft in 2 pieces.
Ok that was too big.
That said, you can go a more conservative route and use the slightly larger
k24 "sport" concept and have most acceptable reliability and performance
levels in the low 300hp range. FYI, Audisport was known to use the k24 turbo
up to 360hp in the rally cars. Not sure how they did it, but that was my
goal wrt the above. It didn't work for me.
