Hey, me too. :)

On the older cars, it's easy enough to run a different hot lead to the dash
switch. May be the same for yours. They haven't reinvented everything on
these cars, right? :)

BTW, exactly how rare are the 5 speeds? I have a friend looking for a late
model A6 with a stick, and he's not really a candidate for the 2.7T.
