Well, the timing belt is the driving force of the job - since it has a
replacement interval and is surely a wear item, being rubber.

But since it is a bear to get in there, usually a few parts uncovered by
this job are done at the same time to avoid having to do them later.

These would be the crank seal, the water pump, and the timing belt idler
pulley.  None are particularly expensive.

The accessory belts (AC/Alt/PS) are often replaced, since they are
removed anyway for this job.

The cam seal is more optional - you can get to it without undoing all
this other stuff, if it ever does leak.  No harm in doing it at the same
time for fun, of course.
