Audi suggest using the wiggly wire part of a speedo cable for probing out
the sunroof drains in the V8 service manual.  The directions are to begin
at the bottom of the drain, probably to avoid scratching the bodywork with
the cable.  On Type 44 bodies, the drains exit in the front doorjambs and
behind the rear wheelwells, I think.
